Bridget Kirn was the ada on Anthony L Wrights case. Now fired amongst the 31 other DA's by Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner. Kirn was also the lead prosecutor in the retrial of Anthony Wright (different guy) from 1991 for the rape and murder of an elderly woman. Jury acquitted Wright. However, Kirn told the jury he was guilty during the retrial despite the DNA evidence and that he should remain in jail. The DNA evidence that was tested traced back to a Ronnie Byrd who squatted in an abandoned house near the victims home.

How does Kirn whose job it is to obey the law see clear DNA evidence and still holds her position as "HES GUILTY". Preparation for pretrial Kirn also told the detectives that the clothing was stained with Talleys (victim) blood and not Wrights that the police claimed to have recovered from Wrights bedroom. Detectives were told by Kirn that only the victim's DNA was recovered from the clothing. Sworn testimony in a deposition from the detectives admits that during their deposition Kirn told them that DNA taken from Talley came from Byrd. A complaint alleged that detectives committed perjury, and that it was Kirns duty to alert the judge or jury to what she knew was false testimony.
